Welcome, New Property Owner!

On behalf of our Property Owners Association (POA), welcome to The Outback! Your correspondence has electronic documents to help you get to know us better and information about our community. Please complete the NEW PROPERTY OWNER INFORMATION SHEET as soon as possible and submit to us or if you prefer, print and mail to the address on the form.

As a new owner, we ask that you register for access to the full website. Once we approve your registration, you will have access to Community Info giving you additional information for property owners including Announcements, Newsletters, Meeting Minutes and much more.

OUTBACK BY-LAWS, COVENANTS and COVENANTS AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW GUIDELINES

The Outback By-Laws and Covenants and the Covenants and Architectural Review Committee Regulations assure that all property owners are protected by common regulations. Be certain to review these, especially if you plan on making any improvements or changes to your vacant lot or existing home. The ARC committee and the Board of Directors will be happy to answer any of your questions and assist you regarding these guidelines.

We have also included a Map of The Outback. If you own your own or lease your propane tank, contact your local Propane (LP) providers for current rates.
